• One Account Per User: Each user is allowed to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

• Fair Play: You agree to participate in games and contests fairly and in accordance with the rules and guidelines provided by Khelo.cloud. Any form of cheating, collusion, or manipulation of the platform is prohibited.

4. Contests and Winnings

• Participation: By entering a contest, you agree to abide by the rules and scoring systems applicable to that contest.
• Winnings: Winnings will be credited to your Khelo.cloud account and can be withdrawn according to our withdrawal policies. All winnings are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
• Contest Cancellation: Khelo.cloud reserves the right to cancel any contest due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, entry fees may be refunded as per our discretion.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and e-wallets. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals can be made from your account balance, subject to meeting the minimum withdrawal amount and completing the KYC verification process.
• Processing Time: While we aim to process withdrawals promptly, there may be delays due to banking or technical issues. Khelo.cloud is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gaming, you can opt for self-exclusion, which will temporarily suspend your account.

10. Termination

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Khelo.cloud.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Any outstanding winnings or balances in your account may be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably by contacting our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
